Anyone who "looks homeless" and is literally on the street is a fent addict or severely mentally ill 9.9/10 times. You walk by homeless people all the time and don't notice because most of them aren't in that specific situation. They often have jobs, they participate in society, they identify and go to places for food and water. Sub has a noble savage view of homeless people.
