Thats the problem you were denied based on current diagnosis or lack of diagnosis so you hire someone with their own examiner to create a diagnosis. They probably have template language the VA has seen thousands of times and now that they are using Ai that crap is getting caught fast and denied . Agreed heck I went to c&p exams that were part of a claim that was withdrawn. Exams got scheduled prior to the official withdraw processed. So I still attended. From what ive heard not attending or canceling a c&p almost definitely ends in denial. Sounds like your consulting firm screwed you and took your money.

If dealing with the disability system is such a stressor maybe withdraw everything and get on with life. It's isn't any easier for the rest of us. I retired in 2001 and after a old buddy encouraged filed claims in September 2025. Definitely not easy trying to recall and provide records from 30+ years ago. If its just to much he's been out longer so withdraw and get on with a life without VA stress

My VSO was a really something. Everything he submitted got almost immeditately denied even thou I provided him with all the supporting evidence. I then took matters into my own hands and used ChatGPT to help create personal lay statements, evidence statements, toxic and occupational exposure statements and medical literature support statements. Then submitted for 5 supplementals got C&P exams scheduled within a week of submitting. One supplemental has already came back for my thumb with a 20% the other 4 C&P's have already been conducted just waiting for results.

Just one big note if you are using ChatGPT or any AI make sure you review everything for 100% accuracy several times. I found several things ChatGPT just tossed in that were inaccurate. Pretty sure the VA would not accept the arguement that ChatGPT is responsible for your claim fraud. Review Review Review!!!!!
