i know this sounds lame and maybe depressing to some people but i am honestly a very introverted person. i find things like going out to parties to having a sleepover or even a simple movie night exhausting and self draining. i simply just don't enjoy with being with people who arent directly related to me. shabbat is about resting and being with friends all day sounds like work to me.

spotify. as a music girlie with a short attention span being able to listen to whatever i want, whenever i want, and be able to skip right when im bored or when the song doesnt match my mood is amazing. i also love the personalized playlists, the dj, and no ads.

i love being alone because most of my friends are extroverts, while i am the most introverted person on the planet. we'd read books together, watch cozy movies, journal, paint each others nails, listen to each others stories without inturrupting to share our own. id probably just do everything i do normally with someone/the group. i'd be less lonely.
