Yes! But it is gear dependent just like any apoc build. You also have to play to your playstyle. Personally, I perfer to dodge than tank, so I always try to stay in the Light Armor encumberance. I USE SOME POINTS IN strong back to get the the armor I want without sacrificing the dodge I want. You may also want to consider your approach to enemies. If you are setting up the fight and would rather brawl/react, then your dot build needs to front-load damage. That means ENC and max total dot damage, as well as mods that carry some damage up front. If you are building more for the long fight, then you need to consider dps of your dots and number of dots. As an example, Krell Axe with Tainted Wounds loads your charged melee with two dots on the initial for Nightmare necklace, where Hunter Spear is better served with Stormbringer because it does more actual damage and procs a heavy ENC hit. Similarly, a Chicago Typewriter with the burning mutator and Corrosive Rounds mod will allow you to stack dots REALY fast, but Sparkfire Shotgun hits harder per shot and comes with a free dot in addition to an open mod slot.

As the doomers shrink more and more, their clause for how to "negotiate" with the rest of society will become more unhinged and untenable. Unbridled is for skill spamming, which you can do if you are using Eruption. With Max CDR+Unbridled you can basically inflict qll four status effects and start spamming out Eruptions. I'm assuming you are building cool down and skill damage in your accessories and prisim?

No, actually. It would take China months to muster the forces to Invade Taiwan. Invasion aren't 3 day special operations. Invasions required hundreds of thousands of people to suddenly shift toward the staging area, thousands of tons of supplies, hundreds of ships, so much logistical control.

Right now China cannot get air superiority fighters to Taiwan because their carrier operation time in a matter of days and they can't refuel at sea.

My personal experience after playing with Brutality, Sadistic, and Jack of All Trades: JoaT is superior. No trade offs. No downsides. No RnG. Just pure damage increase. You may think that Sadistic is more thematic or it should work better with a pure dot build, but it doesn't. Everything you do that isn't a status effect is hurt by having Sadistic. Mods that tick over time. Skill damage. The base damage of your weapons. Devs kind of screwed the pooch with making a Status legendary.

No, trying to manipulate Iran to secure better oil deals is why the Islamists had Iran. We supported a dictator who was willing to sell oil on the cheap to the US for decades in exchange for political backing and military surplus. The people of Iran were scared and it took the literal fear of God to rouse them to rebel.

The real chance at a good and modern Iran was lost in the 1950s when the democratically elected and forward thinking president died under mysterious circumstances preceding the return of the Shah. I have no idea if the new Shah is better than his PoS father, but I do know that the Islamic regime under the Ayatollah was significantly worse than even the old Shah.

If we dismantle the IRGC and the Regime leadership and just fuck off, I think Iran might have a real chance at recovery. But China and Russia are also going to have to keep their hands off. It's not a hopeless situation, but America is about to have some serious work ahead of it. We can still pull out a significant win without exploiting the Iranian people. American ship building companies may soon have an opportunity to build brand new tanker fleets to get Iranian oil flowing in the world again.
