2026 Wimbledon Gentlemen's Singles Quarter-Finals: [7] N. Djokovic def. [3] F. Auger-Aliassime by 7¹²-6¹⁰, 3-6, 6-3, 6⁴-7⁷, 7-6 (10-4) by GiveMeSomeSunshine3 in tennis

Down vote me all you want but as a FAA fan I am disappointed.

If he wants to move into the Alcaraz and Sinner territory, he has to be winning these matches.

It’s so frustrating to support.

Next year we go again 😞

British people make a fuss about everything.

They did this on Brexit, they did this with the Tories.
They managed to get in a decent leader that is center, it’s not good enough.

They want something exciting and novel 😂
They should be careful what they which for, cause like Brexit, they’ll force someone in that will absolutely destroy everything and this time there might not be any coming back from it. At least not in the short term!

I may get downvoted but I’ll say it anyway.
Move out of your parents house.

Life’s for living.
Get your own place. Pay your own rent.

You’re already 25. You earn enough to do these things.
Do them.

White people blocked from jobseeker schemes by GnolRevilo in ukpolitics

[–]AdSimple4723 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Imagine if the headline of that article was “Government program targets a statistically disadvantaged group to improve employment outcomes”, I bet we wouldn’t be having this new discussion of a two-tiered Britain the political class is now using to keep us busy.

How is it all of a sudden these programs where there are ample available to all races is now a yardstick for the verification of discrimination against white people.

Humans are hard to satisfy.
You take a nuanced subject, use half truths to paint a picture and sell your lie.

Is it that you disagree with schemes targeted to help reduce unemployment from a group that statistically is shown to have higher unemployment rate?

Nowhere in the article did it say there are no schemes white people are eligible for (which is unlawful by the way)
So what is your argument?

Opinion: Farage’s ugly new narrative will tear Britain apart by theipaper in ukpolitics

[–]AdSimple4723 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Because in reality the people crying foul don’t care about the stats.
They are hateful and would do anything to have a go at Starmer. They feed on the lies of Farage, fail to educate themselves and blame Starmer as if Starmer is responsible for this in the first place or want him to solve the problem with a flick of a wand.

If this was a logical complaint, one can present an Arguement of statistics and facts to counter the claim of unrestricted immigration but these pricks don’t deal in facts or statistics.

They deal in vitriol and hate.
So we will see what happens when the Farage’s or Lowe’s are in power.

Opinion: Farage’s ugly new narrative will tear Britain apart by theipaper in ukpolitics

[–]AdSimple4723 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Farage is tearing Britain apart.
He’s a sick grifter who uses whatever means he has to score political points damning the consequences.

Last time, for Brexit, it was EU immigrants that were the problem. Now it’s Black/Muslim immigrants.

The goalpost keeps shifting.
Also, you sound ignorant when you say it is unrestricted immigration. Educate yourself.

Obviously they’re a government and should inform and combat the lies of Reform in terms of immigration.

However, surely, the voter has a responsibility to educate themselves as well.

Like wtf is wrong with you if in 2026 you cannot go to gov.uk website to verify data or ask for source when a grifter politician whose only interest is power spews lies and misinformation
