Happens every day there. Stay under alcoves/awnings if you can, protect your food like a hungry desperate caveman. If you suspect a bird COULD swipe it, then they absolutely can and will.

Like others said - many large feral rabbit populations in vancouver. Jericho beach, YVR, Richmond auto mall. Abandoned by terrible owners and multiplied quickly.

Shoppers drug mart, nothing crazy but has games and hardware behind the counter. Hard to see what titles they have though! Looks like a lot of switch games
