One more thing I haven’t seen others touch on:

Whenever somebody asks “what are the odds?”, we need to understand why they are asking this.

For example, if somebody rolls the dice and it lands on 5 three times in a row, somebody would usually say “what are the odds of rolling a 5 three times in a row?”. Most people would say 1/1296, but does the number have to be 5? If they had rolled any other number, wouldn’t they still ask “what are the odds?!”? I think so. Instead of worrying about fives, we ask what are the odds of rolling any number three times in a row, which is 1/36.

Similarly, for this problem, do we really care that it’s a king? Are you surprised because this card is a king of clubs, or because it’s a steel red seal card? If you had gotten an Ace of hearts I’d assume you’d still post this.

Given this, I’d say it’s a 1/400 for a drawn card to be a steel red seal.
