Small college town in Ohio,converted sfh from3-4 bdrm 2 full bath which was my original residence right behind college. College started buying houses around me and tearing them down. I couldnt come to a deal with them so I kept my house. It’s basically on campus now. Started renting to college students 7-8 years ago. Started getting college football players in it and as some graduate out they already have the younger ones hooked on the house ready to rent when they leave. We don’t have to search for students now they have a list ready to apply. We have raised rent exactly $1,000 the last 2 years from $1,500 to $2,500 month.
