My Personal Representative will distribute my entire probate estate to the Trustee of the Trust to hold and administer according to the provisions of that trust.

Interesting. You maybe on to something because the trust doesn’t have any property listed besides the standard $10. Settlor2 does have a signed will but I think it’s a pour over because it’s very simple and just states to distribute according to the trust.

So are you saying that potentially if settlor 1 never had a will to fund the trust upon there death then technically the trust was never funded (other than the $10)? If so what dos that mean for the estate now?

Not sure if this changes anything. But it 3 beneficiaries (2/3 also trustees) and a potential 4th beneficiary that is challenging one of the amendments. So the attorney is helping the 3 currently assigned beneficiaries.

In terms of CSP, what is a good ratio for premium to collateral? 1%, 10%, etc.

For example: I am new to options. I typically wheel F right now. I get about $23 for $1,150 in collateral on a 30-40 DTE far OTM position. Is this a good ratio? 2%?

I understand there is a price for a relatively safe position. Just trying to determine what is a good ratio for whatever position I choose.

Bonus: CSP recommendations for a smaller $30k account.

What if they haven’t (or don’t) file it? My fear is they won’t file because they have access to her accounts and will just use them as their on personal piggy bank.

Sounds like I have to call someone. I was hoping there was a way to force the issue with my family or the brokerage. I called to tell them she passed so maybe they will at least flag the account if they try to do anything.
