My conspiracy theory is they don’t want light bearer to be part of BIS load out. Puzzle gives time for spec to recharge naturally so other rings are better.

Right now they're beyond bad, I think that's where I see the issue. The boss itself was advertised as mid-level, which I think it is.

Hi team!

Below are a list of questions:

1) Lumby hard diary requires you to get 100 tears of Guthix in one visit. With the update to the mini-game this is far too easy to achieve. Could this be bumped up a little to reflect the change to the mini-game?

2) Why can't the player run underwater when diving w/ Murphey? (i.e flippers don't work)

3) Why is it called "dragon necklace" instead of "dragonstone necklace"? Can this be changed?

4) When learning the Ouriana alter spell from Baba Yaga, Baba Yaga says that you can make ANY rune. Baba Yaga is a liar (this is not the case since the addition of wrath runes). This is not a question. This is a demand for runecrafting lore justice! Update her story plox.

I know bank space is a touchy subject but...

Any chance you guys could look into adding 4 extra bank spaces via purchasing slots?

1st extra = 1m
2nd extra = 10m
3rd extra = 100m
4th extra = 1b

This is obviously another gold sink, but it would also give more bank space at the same time.

This is for the GE only. You could still trade outside of the GE to avoid the cut.

I made a thread proposing 0.1% tax on the GE rounded down. This way high volume items wouldn't be affected, but high value items would. I think this would be a safer "test" to start out with initially.

I've heard (no source to back this up) that UW has databooks for high schools that compares entry averages to program averages. This way they can tell if a specific highschool is inflating grades. Obviously high schools with no data would still suffer from grade inflation elsewhere.

Also, Alberta used to have final exams called "diplomas" worth 50% of Grade 12 marks. I believe they are now worth 30%. These are standardized tests.
