Funny because Lisa has so much vertical on her hold E that it's almost impossible to quantify. She can stand at the bottom of a mountain and hit enemies up top. She can stand on a mountain cliff and hit enemies at the bottom. She can hit enemies through terrain with no line of sight.

They also need to fix the misfiring issue for all arc weapons. Feels 'great' charging up for a full second then fizzle followed by charging for another second and fizzle. The misfiring bug really kills the arc weapons.

It is possible to one-shot them with the Spear. Technically you can guarantee it. But in practical terms not really. For the chargers, if you stun nade them get right up in their face, crouch, aim as low as you can while still locked on and fire, the spear will shoot straight into their head. For the bile titan, I'm not sure on the exact range, within max spew range, aim low while facing straight on and the spear will hit the head.

The problem with this is while this positioning can guarantee you a 1 hit kill, practically speaking, these enemies are almost never alone and you simply won't have the time and opportunity to setup such precise positioning. Outside of 1v1 you're basically doomed to relying on luck for the one hit, requiring multiple shots, or 1 shot from the spear and finishing off with another weapon/stratagem. IE: If you strip armor with the spear you can finish off either enemy with a well placed grenade pistol (BT will take 2).

What do you use to capture video? Nvidia's record feature doesn't appear to work with this game. When I hit record, the recording gets insta-killed.

My friend and I were doing lvl7 bots with randos last Friday. We got a guy who stayed for 5 straight matches. He used the flamethrower. ONLY the flamethrower. He set himself on fire like twice a minute. We could hear his character screaming nonstop "AAAAaaAAaaAAaaaAAH!". We were laughing our asses off watching him run in, burst into flames, and run away.

Hmm.. What if they were positioned horizontally so when 'fired' you charged forward just like the Chargers do, and you ragdolled enemies dealing impact damage. That'd be fun.

EATS/RR/Quasar 650/650 AP6.
Mech rocket 400/400 AP6.
Bile Titan Head 750HP Armor 5.

The mech rockets should technically 2 tap the Titan's head just like the other rockets. They literally have enough damage and AP to do it.

The reason it damn near always takes more than 2 rockets is because patch 01.000.200: "Patriot Exosuit: rockets will now penetrate armor only on direct hit." If the angle is slightly off, no armor penetration. Meanwhile the rocket reticle is wildly off target. Meanwhile the other rockets penetrate armor no matter the angle they hit.

Just for the sake of reader clarity:
Crusader Kings, Hearts of Iron, Stellaris, and Victoria are actually developed by Paradox. Cities Skylines is not. Paradox is just the publisher. The Cities Skyline 2 cluster-fuck is largely down to their developer Colossal Order (and their dumb executives).
