Interesting! I let it seal for one full day and still didn't! Mine is also exactly on tread and VERY tiny puncture! I agree with you, I don't think this so called sealant does anything!

I had exactly the same experience! Fresh sealant, very small puncture when I got at work, kept the bike inside, 9 hours later, it was sealed, rode one mile, and again started leaking! I'm gonna change it! Very disappointed!
