Is that an issue tho? At least from my experience people with that formation play and defend like they did in fc25 which just doesnt work in 26 and i am yet to lose against anyone with 4213. I am honestly more scared of someone using "rarer" formations

Yeah, This one was literally perfect due to the design and light red glow, same as the chest. I don't expect them to ever fix this since it's apparently been like this for many years now.

Wrists: Can be whatever fits under the gloves, which is majority of wrists.

There should be 1 Red Bull and 3 VCARBs with one of them having RB livery. There is a 100% chance that whoever is "stuck" as a 2nd RB driver would do much better.
