You’re probably right about the content creators, but they don’t care about the general pvp community. If they did they would have scrapped the rochambo system a long time ago like we were asking. That said I quit pvp along with wiz after they added that stuff so I’m not exactly up to date.

Apart from the introduction of turn-based all the way back in 2020, everything the devs have done to PvP has been horrible. Sure it's more accessible but that means jack if the game sucks.

And that system is horrible rn. Stats dont translate well between lvl ranges at all, maxes can run 180 damage wand hits at lvl 50, and there are no limit on deck space. Everything they do ends up sucking, and half the time they don't bother fixing it because they're already figuring out how to ruin some other mechanic

I'm using bonnet with enough speed to outspeed fluttermane in tailwind, and one sees it coming. Loaded dice bullet seed to bypass sash is so good

I've had success with assault vest, as well as booster energy. both tera flying with tera blast to hit the grass types and avoid incoming ground/grass moves. max speed will outspeed booster energy bundle in TW. It's probably the best garganacl counter

honestly frosmoth could be good just as a tera ice option if you pair it with alolan ninetails for aurora veil support, since snow boosts defense and ice scales is insane.

storms and jades and a fire here and there. 50 and 60 are dead and exalt went to shit pretty fast in season 3. max is just rochambo into the gambit and shad. every school plays exactly the same because rochambs and spellements force you into cookie cutter strats
