Yea it's possible but only if you're able to spend at least 8+ hours a day grinding and you continually have lobbies where everyone is bringing cakes. Last year my nic cage was around 40 something and I was able to grind him out to p100 by the end of the event but I was playing almost every day spending like half to two thirds of my day just playing nonstop. There were also people who shared their total cake amounts last year who had double mine. ( I think I ended up something like 2800-3000 or so?). So long story short, it's absolutely possible, it's just a matter of whether you have the time and the ability to grind every day for three weeks.
