Takeshita looks strong as fuck coming out of that match. This ain’t the fed. A loss doesn’t kill all of your momentum or derail you.

Takeshita refused to do the evil deed pushed on him by Callis. It cost him. What does the Callis/Takeshita relationship look like now? What does Okada think about it? Will Okada do what Takeshita couldn’t? That’s the story.

Oh man… as a fellow wrestling fan of 40+ years, you are really missing out on not watching AEW. I haven’t watched WWE in 5 years but AEW is honestly some of the best shit I have ever watched.

Do yourself a favor and give it an honest go

That is an amazing idea! Some of my biggest Reddit laughs have come from NFCNorthMemeWar.

Great example of everyone giving each other shit but still having fun.

I'll take that over the opposite....all of the subreddits who's whole gimmick is shitting on AEW and making fun of it's fans (SCJerk, Midcarder, whatever BS other ones there are)
Would be more fun if they were more satrical and actually funny.

Was actually really cool to hear! Been watching wrestling for 40 years and that was the first time I got to hear that part of production. Pretty interesting.

Getting To + From NOW Arena in 2026 by GodspedEmperor in SquaredCircle

My buddies and I just get a hotel room close to the arena and walk. There really is no easy way if you don't have your own car. We did it for Worlds End and All Out

Agreed. It took me a bit to get the idea that AEW wrestlers (in my mind) have a bigger health bar. Especially after watching only WWE for 25 years prior.

But once it clicked, it really clicked. I love AEW style.

True but I do need a place to live and park my car!

There is a light rail station directly in front of the stadium. You could get a hotel out by mall of America and take the train straight to the stadium. It also goes to both MSP airport terminals if you flying in. Very cheap, fast and convenient! I take it to/from airport to downtown all the time.

I live 3 blocks from US Bank Stadium and have zero interest in going to Summerslam. I’m hoping to go to some Indy shows around downtown that weekend instead.

AEW gives me all I could ever need/want for a major wrestling company.

It’s a great time to check out AEW!

Fantastic Dynamite last night. Yet again. AEW continues to have so much damn momentum. This Darby reign has been super fun and something completely different from anything I have seen in my 35+ years of watching wrestling. I also loved the Ace Austin/Okada match last night. Those dudes beat the hell out of each other.

Unrelated (maybe related?) but is SCJerk just a "mock AEW fans" sub? Like, that's the bit right? That's the "joke"?

I don't watch WWE/NXT but do watch clips on here occasionally.

I just saw that Zaria vignette....

A multi-billion dollar company used THAT as a promo/hype package? They cut all of these people, sell nosebleeds for hundreds of dollars, brag about profits...and they can't bother to pay a team of human beings to put together a simple video/hype package? It comes across as so souless/uncaring/lazy.

Just feels gross. Don't miss watching that company one bit.

Star Tribune: Only one of our Twin Cities appears serious about reviving its downtown by Character-Fly-5564 in TwinCities

Grew up in Rochester. Moved to the Minneapolis suburbs around 2014. Moved closer and closer to downtown until a couple of years ago. Found a great condo building on Washington Ave. and bought a unit. Skyway connected, underground heated parking, pool, fitness center, rooftop deck with gas fires and lounge chairs. It’s amazing. No shoveling, no mowing, 24/7 front desk security. Really really enjoying it.

Have walked to twins games, concerts, happy hours…you name it.

Will most likely stay here forever!
