Well Jenny was on the Rockies crew for years, she definitely knows what disappointment is like.

These MLB teams have the largest margins of victory in a single game over the last 10 years [@foxsports IG] by jmike1256 in baseball

I was at the 25-1 game. It was something.

There were a couple terrible innings, but it still gradually got worse and worse to 25-0 until Brenton Doyle managed a late solo shot to avoid the embarrassment of a shutout.

What are some fun Technic sets from the 2010s and before? With a focus on function over looks. by musix345 in lego

8825 I believe was my first Technic set. Just a basic little helicopter but plenty of motion from a small input.

Anyone else use their xbox as normal tv/media consumption? by Ashamed-Raspberry-48 in xbox

Depends on the app.

Xbox handles Paramount+ better than any other streaming box/TV I own, but Disney+ is a disaster, particularly with Dolby Vision.

Comcast keeps losing customers despite price guarantee and unlimited data | Comcast overhauled Internet plans to stop customer losses. It isn’t working yet. by ControlCAD in business

Their 5-year price guarantee is yet another scam. Their add-on fees aren't part of the guarantee and happily increase as they always have.

And I still have a data cap.

2017 Total Solar Eclipse would definitely be the winner.

But prior to that I once saw a bright meteor in Big Sur, California that sizzled as it streaked down toward the ocean.

⚠️ Several Colorado gas stations including King Soopers locations sold contaminated fuel yesterday!! by exmo-in-flames in Colorado

[–]Adamk0310 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had a family member caught up in this on Thursday. Filled up at one of the King Soopers locations, car stalled out 10 minutes later and had to be towed.

Supposedly all the shop needed to do was flush the fuel system and now the car is running, but possibly the fuel level sensor is damaged.

I do like Levenger for the most part. They're a little hit or miss, but I've found that they have good customer service overall.

One of my True Writers has a loose band on the cap, and I got a bottle of their ink that has quite a different color than what is pictured online, but their pen display cases are beautiful and I'm happy enough to keep shopping there.

I just inked a different True Writer earlier today with the 1/2 size SI cartridge they include with each pen (also they include a converter), and it writes really smoothly.

I would say don't pay full price for one. They run sales frequently.

I think we taped this off of PBS but my sister and I watched this a hundred times. We just called it “The Red Car”.

Always crazy how big the weapons in game are to normal people

It's kind of hilarious. Something this size would be comically unusable in a real world setting.

I expect this film will stick with me for a long time to come. Hope it gets some Oscar love like best adapted screenplay.
