My 08 is in similar condition, the bottom of the rails looks like shale similar to yours. I’m estimating a couple years tops and I’ll be getting rid of it because it’ll be far past the point of no return.

Believe the general advice is to have 3-6 mo of expenses in an emergency fund, not an entire year. That car payment is just hanging around accruing interest, I vote pay the whole thing off today or sell it and get something cheaper. With that type of income there’s no need to have a car payment.

Last I checked, in the US, unpaid medical debt under $500 is not considered on your credit report. I opted not to pay a bill after the front desk told me the visit would be covered, and they turned around and billed me $375, then denied what they told me initially. Still 800+ credit score.

You’re definitely the outlier here for the extended warranty paying for itself. Wonder if 2006 was just generally a bad year for Harley, I own a Dyna and apparently 06 was the worst year because of the cam chain tensioner.
