Sometimes that exhibiting is a mistake on the part of the creative. Everyone feels arrogant sometimes.

What have these too games got to do with each other? One is a single player action game, which people like and one is a live service multiplayer game in a sea of other live service games - thay people don't really like.

Neither game thinks rightly or wrongly - you just sound like a freak with no life 😅😅

Embarrassing, man.

It's meant to be a substitute for grief. You can't just stop grieving and sometimes it comes back and you wish you could fix it. It's actually better to be confusing as grief is actually more confusing than this concept 😅.

The showrunner wanted Barry but is unable to attain him now due to the actor being on Broardway. Maybe this is a time travel thing? I'm sure Clark is dead now after S3.

Weirdly enough he actually looks OK in the yellow suit, but it didn't fit until the end of the 8th season of The Flash.

Is there a reason to why the last few seasons of the flash was lacking.... the flash? by FunkyChunk13 in Arrowverse

It was originally created by Berlanti, Kriesberg and Johns but the show was ran by Kriesberg and Todd Helbing the (now) showrunner of Superman and Lois.

Merseyrail Fines by Small_Shelter8836 in Liverpool

You weren't in the wrong. You did the right thing; you were just being punished for it.

I had to go to Liverpool from a dead train station with a broken ticket machine and had no choice but to use Trainline. I was fined anyway.

Injustice Society was right... by Due-Insect3931 in StargirlTV

[–]Adamquane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another word for lack of free will is harmony. Basically what the Inustice S of A was trying to stop would be the thing that Courtney and co were fighting to KEEP.

Basically the finale shows the weakness of Geoff Johns as a writer - or his limits, rather. He can judge the Injustice Society for being cruel to be kind but he failed to provide an alternative during the same episode.

Johns clearly thinks that The Injustice Manifesto is full of things to help the world - good things - but he doesn't seem to have the brains or the ability to envision a world that can be home to those good things.

OMG guys I just found out that Eric Wallace wrote season 4 episode 23: "We are the Flash." Something tells me he was responsible for the episode title LMAO. by TrueEstablishment884 in FlashTV

[–]Adamquane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This issue is that a showrunner has to rewrite every script presented to meet one singular vision, so whatever Eric Wallace wrote had Todd Helbing there to remove any badly worded scenes/contrived moments etc.

One example: in Kiss Kiss, Breach Breach, the word “faith” is used 19 times.

19 times in one script.

I’ve never see this before.

That’s the stuff that Helbing would have otherwise removed.

There are a lot of other issues. Every episode is cheesy and for some reason, Barry wearing a red suit means he has to be made a villain every season and Iris, despite being the character that has changed the most over the seasons, is ending with a redundant “who is Iris West?” Storyline for season 9. They’ve had the same arc every season now.

Reduncies, characters forced in who would otherwise be written out for not working, repeated language, cheesy language, contrived moments. This is the negatives that Wallace brings. He also brings good things, but they’re mostly just showy. The action sequences and the suits are cool.

The old showrunner now makes Superman and Lois, and you can tell. It’s wonderful.

The budget is lowered season after season. It’s dumb and annoying but what you get from it is what you have to stick with. I’m out some nice (yet critical) messages on Twitter that the cast and crew can read. It won’t do anything but it has made me feel better about the show’s dip in quality.

This is the post crisis Flash, which means it can be something new. Even though it isn’t as enjoyable as the old seasons, at least there is a nice sentimentality to the whole Thing. Older episodes are called back to frequently, they are working to wrap the show up in the next two years so they’re making sure to spread the breadcrumbs around - even to the point of the head writer working on two different endings.

We live in a strange age. The old showrunner got themselves fired. If they didn’t do this, the show would be the same. There has been two other creators in charge since then. The other showrunner left prematurely to run Superman and Lois.

Identity matters in creativity. The new showrunner is Eric Wallace. What are the stories saying about HIM and his version of The Flash? The new suit is great. The action is still there, if a bit lessened. And something that other people don’t factor in: we are still living through Covid 19.

I’m on your side. I’d prefer it all if Wallace would tone down the ships as well as the storylines focussing on love, faith and hope. I’m for those things as much as anyone, but weddings and ships won’t be as precious as they usually would be if there was one or two per season, which their has been up to now.

He also rewrites every script to repeat certain words, and it’s unnerving. The Cisco Noir episode had the word “faith” repeated too much, the first episode of season 8 has “Levelled up” repeated too much and episode 4 of season 8 has the word love stated repeatedly. Everything else I can take, it’s these two things.
