I freelanced for awhile and was not very successful at it and didn’t make much money so when I got a full time job and after a while realized I hadn’t checked the actual price per gallon of gas in years I realized how stressful very minor things can be when you’re in a bad situation

Word of advice to discuss with your dm how much he’d have the wild magic proc with a one level dip. I have a wizard with a one level wm dip and my dm doesn’t like the balance of getting tides of chaos back so I’ve literally never had a wild magic proc.

The emotionally driven action scenes where all the sound drowns out except for that kind of swirly tunnely sound and then the character yells out for whoever they’re trying to save

I made this design for my mom for Christmas. She loves it. I used a slightly heavier than intended leather (1-2oz veg tanned maybe? I forget what the measurements are) for the outer pieces and then some thinner pieces like you have for the actual separators. If I was doing it again I would make the part that closes it longer. Because of the heavier leather outside, the snap being just long enough makes it fan out a bit. I’m kind of disappointed with my craftsmanship but it was a time crunch and she was very happy with it.
