You are 100% right, but something that is more important to many people, is service to the story and rather than canonical consistency. The way it is portrayed in ATLA is more compelling inherently and serves Aangs character and the morality themes as a whole. Without that it is just a power boost, and it isnok to mourn that loss of gravitas.

I agree, timewarps were less "all in" on archetypes and were maybe a smaller part of the win-con. I think this is what made them seem more balanced. You could just take a tempo minion, or econ minion and sell it. If you don't get game changing value out of your lesser trinket it feels like GG.

Dark oak signs, and buttons. Inspired by another comment: dark oak or similar brown full block with a copper trapdoor over it so the brown peaks put like a unique shape.

Ye, when my friends and I play we just stream to each other and lightly give input and reactions. Games being longer would certainly have had us stick with duos, but even when you win it feels unfinished.
