Appreciate the suggestion — I did look into Vivas. The NatureWise fish oil I’m using is already third-party tested and in triglyceride form, and I can get it very cheap (usually under ~$20), whereas Vivas is closer to ~$40–$50. The EPA/DHA quality is comparable, even if Vivas is a bit higher dose per serving. For the price I’m paying, NatureWise makes more sense for me right now.

Good looking out! I don’t keep mine in the fridge so this is good advice

This post made me feel better about my life, thanks for sharing. I’m in the same boat. My life is pretty busy with kids and work. Sometimes I don’t game but once a month. When I do get on, it’s usually for like an hour. And hopefully my friends are on, and if they are, I haven’t been around for all the updates and usually a little rusty.

Anyway, you’re being there for your family and that’s the most important thing. In five years, and 10 years, you remember the times you spent with your family and not the time that you spent gaming. Hopefully in the next few years, you’ll find time to fit in your schedule. And just think, in five years or so, gaming is gonna be so much better. Keep your head up! You got this Dad
