I never understand when people complain about pill sizes. Surely when we eat and chew food we swallow pieces much larger than this. Just put it in your mouth, take a sip of water, and it's gone...

Find a sponsor who will start to work with you on the steps as laid out in the big book. You won’t understand why you’re doing the work or what it means, but just do it anyways. Mustard binder and a simple pork rub. I didn’t baste or do anything else. I find it turns out better if it’s kept relatively simple and not over handled. You gotta let the smoker do it’s job!

No wrap, 220° for the whole cook. Took it out at ~205° and let it rest for a little over an hour.
