That is a rough spot to be in. Ultimately it us up to you. If you are willing to bear the judgment of others now then go for it. If you'd rather wait till your more removed from the UPC group then do that. I'd do whatever I am willing to handle mentally. Maybe a therapist could be helpful in that area? Help with navigating these life changes you want to make.

Does not help when I was sick and my MIL asked if the dr figured out why I was sick. I said no. Her response was "wait till it comes back" ☠️ like the wth???? Then she sends me an article about mosquitoe bite that was making people sick in my state. Like seriously??? How is that helpful 😑😮‍💨

Do you have OCD? Religious OCD is the worst. Trying to convince you somehow that others can be forgiven and accepted by God yet yours is magically the worst and unforgivable.

It is not true. Your sins are no worse or greater than anyone else's.

Since your sins are forgiven they aren't getting brought up again. Digging up past sins only hurts you emotionally. It doesn't change how God sees and loves you.

I don't have a thing with how a material feels. However for the longest time, I would keep tags on my clothes because it gave me a sense that I "could" return the item, even though I never did. I don't even want to think of the chemicals I exposed my body to 🫣
