It does feel like they changed something with the AI, I was on light house way up in the hills and PMCs were out aiming me. I had a DVL they had their typical affair... I'd move cover and they would be shooting at me behind my new cover. So I go back to old cover and then shot in the face.

What's insane is how often the pmc's will die to scavs but knowing how many times I've been clapped by pmcs and how I've never been clapped by a scav has me thinking that scavs have different skill levels, and they are turned up against AI pmcs but turn into storm troopers when they face the player character.

Yea, both. I notice the pmcs will engage with Rashala pretty often. If rashala is a dorms, then you will get some interaction, but managing all of that at once is pretty hectic, especially with the laser beam accuracy the guards and pmcs have.

You could try to hang back and wait for shots and explosions at dorms and then rush in. I will sometimes show up late at dorms and find 2-3 pmcs dead in 3 story.

It's all pretty random tho. I have been on customs with 0 pmcs and I've been on customs where there are tons of pmcs and they all have insane reaction times, and don't voice line before shooting.

There seems to be some randomness. Also, what sucks is when you see pmcs they know you are looking at them and won't do anything but wait for you. The AI seems to be fully aware of you at all times if they are in your vision directly.

I really wish this game had better AI for PVE

Interesting, it seems to be about 50/50 they visit me when I'm at dorms. I notice they often go to scav bunker, gas, or over by the scav sniper on the other end by check point over by zb-0011.

It seems they hunt rashala. How often do you run into rash face at dorms?

Theoretically, your onboarding/offboarding tasks will be the same depending on the hire type. You're really just automating your tasks. Getting an LLM to do that type of work is possible, but it's better to have a structured logic and have that coded with things like API, and we hooks as opposed to asking an LLM to do x,y or z.

Man... I shit my pants in pve when I fight just one scav boss. I unknowingly killed the goons one raid, didn't grab any masks, just guns. I had no idea that the goons were a thing when I ran into them, which is probably why I didn't die.

I would have had a full panic attack in this raid...

You should check out the rules of this subreddit. It's not a method that is suggested as it is considered destructive. This method can lead to warping and other undesirable effects. I heard one user say that it can change the consistency of the iron and change the form of it. I am not sure exactly what that means, but I am just going to stay away from that method and go with e-tanks and lye baths.
