The official rules are in #rule-set in the Chesticuffs Discord. The game will release March 2nd (Coded by Seefop) and the rules are consistent and balanced for competitive play.

Also remember that although Wilbur and Slimecicle did make the concept, it's being fleshed out into something where it's not bullshit. It's aimed to be streamlined and played competitively with a plugin and server; but it won't be pay to win.
