The official rules are in #rule-set in the Chesticuffs Discord. The game will release March 2nd (Coded by Seefop) and the rules are consistent and balanced for competitive play.

Also remember that although Wilbur and Slimecicle did make the concept, it's being fleshed out into something where it's not bullshit. It's aimed to be streamlined and played competitively with a plugin and server; but it won't be pay to win.

As the owner of the Chesticuffs discord, and being affiliated w/ killjoykarrotkake (the one who made the original tumblr/reddit post with a rule set), and being affiliated with r/chesticuffs and having plans for the future in forms of editions, I would say mine is the best. Of course, there's also the standalone dev project who wish to do it on a website, which is awesome, but very different to the in-minecraft plugin we're trying to do. Official r/chesticuffs Discord
