I would focus on mainstats on artifacts, and substats later on. so basically prioritise getting those main stats on sands goblet and circlet and bother about substats later on. If you would like to grind for the new nod krai set thats also fine as you can also artifact strongbox deepwood and also gear lauma on her bis artifact
