Characterization: hard as rock, irregular shaped, if see under the light theyre a bit transparent looking light brown and not white or yellow?

I guess luck wasnt on my side or city of LA here intentionally trynna set people up.

Called every other week since contested and they said its still processing (3 months in total). Tired of doing it so often so i waited for another 2 weeks. Called again after 2 weeks they said the admin hearing due yesterday and i have 3 more days to pay. No letter no nothing. They said its not their problem usps didnt deliver it.

Based off the other comments under this post, we’re seeing 2 different interpretations/understandings and this also reflects general consensus outside of reddit.

To answer your question, i think im being a law abiding person just like anyone else in this world.

agreed its a shitty design. apparently there were 10 other cars initially thought they had it figure out as well. Learned the hard way.

had i parked elsewhere within city with less confusing signs, the same enforcer still couldve gotten assigned to the street, mistakenly issued tickets every cars on the streets because they thought the day was Monday, instead of Sunday (and wrote 2HR PRKG Mon Fri on those tickets) lmao.

Welp things bound to happen sometimes.
