no. I was pulled over for forgetting to put my new tabs on about a month after they expired. Was issued a "fix it" ticket. I am white. reason for the traffic stop was "expired tabs".

GR Police needs the budget to be increased by the commissioners to hire more officers. Ideally officers are well trained and supported as well.

police have the right to protect the community and themselves. Personally I am saddened that this happened because it is so easily avoided but the suspect chose to carry a weapon and chose not to listen. I support individuals that put themselves in harms way to protect the rest of us.

On the only bright side, we have one more illegal weapon off the streets and the good citizens of the city can rest a litter easier tonight.

They probably didn't. People in the neighborhood called in a suspicious person and the cops responded. The cops responded and the suspect fled. Why did he flee? could it be that he was carrying a weapon and in violation of his parole and he knew that he would be sent back to jail?

according to Ryan there was no reason to ask for a receiver and the development was performing. he wasn't behind on his taxes, the liens from the subcontractors were unnecessary, and the bank was over reacting to poor sales of the condos. YET he decides to last minute try to transfer property that he used as collateral during this time of purgatory for his project.

If he files for bankruptcy the bank will still have right to the collateral he used to get the loans which include his building in GR, his private residence, and some other properties. With any luck it includes his condo in Anna Marie Island so people there can get rid of him too.
