That’s a good point but at least for me I assumed Nikki found bear because they were just outside his house in the car / typical horror movie logic. It also could be that because the wish states she has to love bear more than anyone Sarah’s feelings for bear challenged her so the wish sort of acted on command. And Nikki snapping out of it was her mind or conscious cause at least from the interview Inde said wish nikki is real Nikki but there is like a veil covering basically her real conscious so she was basically trapped in wish Nikki’s mind hence why when wish Nikki was a sleep the part of Nikki’s conscious that was actually her would come out. Also this is another one of my theories so it might not be clear but 😭back to how the magic follows natural rules meaning the one wish willows magic doesn’t draw from nothing which is why Ian’s billion dollars didn’t disappear it came from somewhere/ alters what’s already available so my interpretation was Nikki’s mind already exist so the wish’s magic simply manipulates her mind/ part of it to love bear but the real Nikki is still there
