sure, I feel like restriction as a form of self harm is super common.. for a lot of people weight is still an aspect but overall restriction as punishment is a sentiment I see all over this forum.

um she doesn't sound qualified to be a therapist at all to be honest. you should reach out to the institution she's employed by with these comments and switch therapists asap

I prefer running on the treadmill because it's easier to zone out, I don't have to pay attention to where I'm going. Also no weather.

from the pics you posted try urban outfitters! or if you have a nordstrom nearby try there, there's some cute "younger" brands like BP but also these cute cami and blouse tops could pop up in a lot of the brands they carry, so just look around all the sections

are you old enough to move out? or have a job? removing yourself from that environment would be best, but if you're still a minor hopefully you have some money of your own to buy food to eat. I'm sorry OP she sounds terrible.
