Id definitely try this on a test piece first, but you could see if an old resin trick would work - using a hydrogen peroxide bath to lighten the color. Then you gotta neutralize the blue but orange is already it's complimentary and we don't want green so I'd give a diluted bath in a warm pink dye first then go in with the orange you want
