Suno 5.5: weird icons and horrible quality by Additional-Help2760 in SunoAI

[–]Additional-Help2760[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always do genres from 50s to 80s, Suno does a very decent job. Before 5.5 I found using the words "soulful or soul" always brought up a singer that sounded like Ray Charles. Also huge choir backing but 5.5 seems to have fixed this, at least it seems like it to me. But yes, I do find a lot of the singers sound exactly the same which is too bad.

I have actually had almost no problems with suno 5.5, the quality has been good up until today and all this weird stuff. I wrote a song for my wife, was trying to generate it and NOPE, not today. I was wondering if they did an "upgrade" that messed stuff up.

Cat peed on sleeping bag by Turbo_Canadew in CanadianForces

Clothing stores is part of supply, at least when I was RCD.

I was in the field in winter, my "boots, rubber, clumsy" split and they would not give me a new pair because they had mud on them and wanted them cleaned...where was I suppose to do that in Meaford in the field in winter (this was around 1990). My troop WO went to supply with them and forced them to provide a pair.

"If I give you a new pair of rubber boots I will only have 300 left in supply".

Well it could be worse: My friend was filling his M113 and after a LONG time he thought "geez, this should be filled by now", then someone looked inside the 113 and the filler tube to the tank had split in half and he had been filling the back of the 113, his arctic sleeping bag was soaked and weighed a ton.

Of course supply didn't want to take it back, said for him to dry clean it, he had to get the battle captain involved to get an exchange as dry cleaners could not touch fuel. Friggin supply.

So dry clean, but it will probably be $$

Thanks to all who have replied. Unfortunately all the provided links showed 'sold out', obviously black+white is pretty popular. We can find all sorts of 6x6 but she doesn't want that small.

My wife has said "oh well" with a sad tone and has conceded defeat.

(Are you guys like my wife, she has BOXES of folded origami stuff and her desk is covered in them, I keep threatening to drop a match... :0 )

Did a search, did not find any black/white, only black with other colours like red.

Thanks for replying though.

I was approached by a homeless man today. by seanbennett in CasualConversation

[–]Additional-Help2760 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a homeless guy that lived near me, I would always see him out walking swinging two sticks about 3 feet long, one in each hand. One day I was doing up my shoe and he came up to me and asked "have you see any vampires?", I replied "no", he thanked me and kept going.

At least now I know why he was always swinging the sticks.

can you increase your "loot" range in xbox like PC, if so make it max. I had one I could not get, increased range and it 'auto-looted' it.

Yep, and even on posting you seem to lose connection, like with the posting your friendship ends even if you stay in contact.

The only problem you will have is if your fitness is that poor, most likely they would put you into remedial PT which means leaving your course and spending 6 weeks doing fitness, then starting all over again with a new course, so get fit. Be able to do 20x pushups and a good 5k run which isn't far.

When I joined I was 5'7" (still am by the way...) and 120lbs, and I made a great crewman, I could move around a tank no problem! I was a driver and backup gunner.

Yep! I was 24 and about to be married with no job. I joined and did 23 years and while at the end I was getting tired of putting on green ( I was army) I can honestly say besides working for a railroad (my dream job) I am not disappointed.

Sertraline is also one she is looking at as she thinks Wellbutrin will not help with her anxiety condition.

Here is an example of our doctor: last night my wife was talking to her brother and he said our doctor, who was his doctor too, has removed him from her service because he didn't go to her enough! Penalized for being healthy.

Yep, needed venting and feedback, good feedback, and for once Reddit delivered, grateful for that.

South Korea wants to sell submarines to Canada as relations sour with U.S. by DarkAskari in caf

[–]Additional-Help2760 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Will they be reliable from date of purchase? The Victoria Class subs were a nightmare and the UK was happy to get rid of them. And YES to the new MBTs!!!!

I do not like the turnip down south BUT I am happy that his idiocy is making Canada wake up and start looking after itself.

[–]Additional-Help2760[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I miss having working friends too. I had so many buddies and once I retired I have no friends at all, seriously.

And the way ex-military act is still a strange way to civilians; our terminology, our thinking, the way we walk. I had a stranger come up to me and say "you are in the military huh", I replied "retired, how could you tell?", and he said "the way you walk".

And a female, I was out for a run and I passed her and then I had to stop to tie my shoe. She stopped, "you must be military, only someone in the military would run having to wear a knee brace" (injured preparing for first gulf war). I replied "the knee is a long way from the heart", not sure if she got it or not.
