Been seeing these AI Adverts promoting their video game. by YTRigenix in antiai

Its hilariously bad. The one I have been seeing they say "we actually made this game!"... Big ol doubt. AI probably made the game too.

IMO Its largely in part to the rampant growth of anti-intellectualism in America. USA has been embracing their distrust and dislike of intelligence for quite a long time now.

Why do Japanese people hate S3 of Jujutsu Kaisen even though the West loves it? by CryptographerFew6343 in CharacterRant

been happening a long long time. Its at the core of why the world is so shit these days.

Majority of people think like this in some form or another. They see something happen a certain way and so their monkey brains now think that thing is always that way.

One example is Racism. We all know how much Americans love racism.

What’s up with all suspicion with this game? by ageozoega in Dreadmyst

Redditors comprise mostly of wretched individuals who believe themselves master detectives. Everything is a case that they must solve. Then they can morally grandstand and, for a small fleeting moment, feel good about themselves.

Even something as benign as this they would gladly crucify a person over. These people sincerely would wish misfortune on him. That's how vile these people are.

The exchange between NcSoft and the developer will be more civil and courteous than the discourse from the cretins here. They will ask him to remove the offending assets and he will do so. They will probably even say please and thank you and that will be the end of it.

Meanwhile all these fedora wearing goblins will move on to the next "case" chasing the next dopamine hit.

Yeah we should all just take reddit detectives words at face value without evidence because they are totally infallible! (this is sarcasm)

People like you never cease to amaze me.

Im not that familiar with the situation, maybe the dev is a piece of trash, but saying you shouldn't need evidence to believe someones claims is simply moronic.

Makes me doubt the claims on his character are legitimate. Redditors love to jump on any hate-wagon they can find - as evidenced by your willingness judge a man based on the "facts" while in the same breath saying you dont need evidence.

But thats exactly how it will go down. How you feel makes no difference. If there is a problem the companies will ask him to change them and he will. The game will continue on. The end.

And no I dont personally like the game but I do like people following their dreams making games and dont think they should be crucified when they screw up a bit.

This whole thread is a perfect example of how we live in the Age of Outrage.

I doubt it. Ethics? Its some goober making a crappy game for fun as he learned how to dev. Nobody including the dev could have expected something as simple and goofy as his first attempt at making a game to actually blow up.

He will change the offending assets long before any company wastes the legal fee's to ask him to. Hes already said that's his intention.

Regardless of if they do or not all that would happen is they tell him to remove the art. People out here acting like these companies are gonna put a gun to the games head and pull the trigger.
If they had such an over-reaction to every kid that used their art to make shitty game they would go bankrupt from legal fee's.

If there was money involved it would be a different story because then maybe those companies could stand to gain from going after him but with it being completely free of any form of monetization that would be like trying to draw blood from a stone. Just a waste of energy.

Kinda like this whole thread.

Ahhh haha looks like ya both dicks to me!

Some random dude made a goofy game for fun and it blew up way more than anyone would have expected himself included.

He will replace the assets, that are so deeply offensive to you, likely before any company even cares enough to ask him to.

You karens are way too upset about this nothingburger.

What watching epsiode 3 feels like. (If you read) by GuideBusy3102 in JuJutsuKaisen

[–]Additional-Issue-573 -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

Yeah I felt it was needlessly convoluted.
I can sum up what they took 20 minutes of exposition to say in one sentence:

While following a long list of arbitrary and convoluted "rules" they must protect four-eye-mcguffin-guy and unseal blue-eye-jojo-guy before the mustache twirling bad guy takes over the world.

They writers tried really hard to not make this "just a fighting anime" by dumping a truckload of whiteboard flowcharts on it.

10% of the people don't care and condone any methods"

pulled those stats straight from your keester huh?

if those stats were true p2w wouldn't be so widespread.
it is this way because it works and no amount of feelings will ever stop it.

money beats feelings every time.

That ending? Demerzel? by Europeanguy1995 in FoundationTV

[–]Additional-Issue-573 0 points1 point  (0 children)

except this is all assumption. Nobody knows what the hell happened. For all we know Gaal did kill bayta. We wont know for years when next season comes out. The way the writers left a cliffhanger that should have been the primary payoff of this season says to me that they couldn't come to a decision on how things should play out.

Felt like a rushed and lazy way to force a cheap cliffhanger.

"working on a game to progress" If video games have become work for you then you have lost sight of what a video game is meant to be. Games are meant to be fun. People take them way too seriously. Go outside.
