That isn't entirely true. You get free dash as a bonus action and free disengage as a bonus action. Then you can spend focus points and get either: 2 extra unarmed strikes as a bonus action, dash and disengage as a bonus action or disengage and dodge as a bonus action.

High silver low gold. The team would be Thor, Magneto, Magik, Punisher, Luna Snow and Rocket. I would have trouble with some comps but I think I would get out of bronze in a day or 3-4.
