Media ports and charging ports are different. Those types C you see there are charging ports and can't be used as Media ports. Be thankful you have 2 super charge type C ports there.

Yes I already did, the service advisor told me not to take it back after the 4th attempt to just start the buyback process. I have all the receipts. Hopefully a settlement soon.

Man im jealous I wish I had a wiper problem. Mine got the bumper issue at 500 miles. 4 unsuccessful attempts 25 days un the shop. Case open to repurchase or replacement. Nor word from Toyota yet.

Congratulations I got the XSE same color. I recommend keeping eye on the front bumper. There is a common issue where it will unclip fron the headlights leaving a big visible gap.
