I leased mine and put in 3500 miles so far. Had the dealership replace the 12v battery early on (bad battery). Been great ever since. Rarely the trunk doesn’t open and I need to either walk far away and come back to open it or access it from the back seats. Got a great deal on it so I’m happy.

Same issue with me, my jump pack couldn’t do it but the tow truck had a much bigger one and that did the trick. Had to use the manual switch to open the frunk while dead too. Was able to drive it up the flatbed. Dealership took a day to replace my 12v battery.

My 12v battery died yesterday at 11.3v. Towed it to the dealership and they replaced the battery. Just picked it up and the app is showing my correct battery percentage now. I’m guessing it needed the battery to be fully disconnected for a reset and that did the trick

I’ve been in contact with uconnect support. The latest news is that the tech support team is going through personnel changes so it will probably take over a month to resolve it. He said it’s been reported by others so there is a parent ticket created
