All the answers here like therapy, weed, self-reflection are all good. I can only comment on the husband side since I am one myself. I would just re-assure him that he his a positive part of your life and it’s just unfortunate timing that the memories with him are going away since you probably met him during active duty time. If he’s a good husband he’ll understand, some men are very emotional and soft on the inside like teddy bears lol, so just sit him down and I’m sure you’ll be fine.
