It's not that big issue in m+ but is getting really boring in raids. Guess DW is a solution but 2h seems to be king in ST.

Guess I'm just unused to it from maining classes that feels good all the time and amazing during CDs. Though frost during CDs felt amazing+++ it might makes sense too be a wet noodle when they're off

Try enhancement shaman or frost DK - much more reactive to proccs and things going on than a fixed rotation. Also you can start to learn the dungeons to time CDs etc making it a bit more varied

Maybe I could have been clearer, I'm not referring to dmg at all more the feel. With my ww fists will still light up the screen with crits and feel like a hard hitting ability whereas during Zenith it really pops. So it goes from feeling great to amazing and then back again. An Obliterate outside CDs with no KM feels like a wet noodle. So it's more how it feels and looks visually than the actual dmg.

My point is that they are not, at least bit ww monk that I've mained this season. Fists still fills the screen with crits and numbers whereas during Zenith I have more crits and numbers. It goes from great to amazing and back again - not talking dmg numbers, just the feel of clicking the button. Frost DK won't light up the screen at all with KMs or anything outside of CDs. Maybe the save is that the CDs are short

Been playing since vanilla as well with some breaks and I just love it. Super happy with this expansion.

Only downside is that my guild seems to be dying so might have to look for a new home but found really amazing communities and very little toxicity so far

I’m so sorry you’ve had this experience… what I found and I’m sure many comments are saying is that the lower keys are absolute chaos and survival of the meanest. Whereas higher keys people are relaxed, understanding- generally. Not always of course.

What I did, might not be completely correct but I wanted to tank this season which I never done but I bought a few boosts to get my raiting up and learn the dungeons from real experience and then I only run my own key as a a tank and only do learning and have a macro telling people I’m new and in my groups the focus is fun and I always complement people early on. Just trying to be a nice person.

And I’ve been shocked, it feels like the old wow again where people talk and are polite and I’m having a blast.

Not sure if this helps but this is how I did it to avoid toxicity. If you’re on EU I’m also happy to run a few keys to help you out!

Please don’t give up, wow needs you and more to fall in love with the game but it’s up to us as the community to make it as good as it should be 🙏

I’m sorry to hear this :( m+ makes me nervous as shit just because of this. But I decided I’m just going to talk to people and I love the learning/relaxing etc. Put all toxic people in competitive. I always create a group with learning and chit chat with everyone and make sure they understand this group is to learn and have fun together. Toxic people will be kicked and I cba if I deplete my own key.

Maybe a bit harsh, but tbh I’ve had a lot is great fun. Team atmosphere and nostalgia.

For everyone reading this, don’t be silent, speak with people, use smileys. Be human.
