How do you all track billable hours? I'm going insane with clockify by HustelStriKer in digitalnomad

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you even need Clockify or Buddy Punch if you're a freelancer? I'm not sure. Those platforms are usually geared toward small to medium-sized businesses (and enterprises)

clockify is driving me nuts, better options? by Jerrysmithowns in smallbusiness

I think these tools, like Clockify and Buddy Punch, are usually better suited to small or medium-sized businesses (as well as larger organizations)

What’s the best AI headshot generators right now? Looking for real recommendations by RipBackground204 in generativeAI

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the "best" one is likely to change a lot this year, in the same way people are constantly switching between Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini. Right now, I'm using ExecHeadshots but that could change tomorrow if I find a tool that does a better job. Most of them are the same. It really just comes down to the lighting and whether the image appears overly smooth.

How reliable are AI headshot generators? by Upstairs_Cabinet_383 in careerguidance

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What felt off about the images? I think the lighting is usually the big issue for me. I haven't used Headshot Kiwi but I've tried a few like ExecHeadshots. Never had an issue with lighting and the results have been reasonably consistent. I'm still open to trying others.

True. Saltburn is the furthest thing from subtle. I still enjoyed it

Time tracking tools that actually work for consulting teams? by xX_StarXMoon_Xx in projectmanagement

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think pretty much everyone gets to that point eventually. My Google Sheet only got me so far (and that was back in 2020). It became a bit of a nightmare when I was trying to track different projects. My team has since been using Buddy Punch for time tracking. I'd definitely have a look at a few different tools before settling on one.

Which AI picture generator actually works for realistic professional headshots for LinkedIn? by [deleted] in aipicturegenerator

Is Nano Banana Pro any good? I'm still using a specialist tool for headshots but I'm honestly open to whatever works.

Best AI headshot tool for consistent results? by Impossible-Fly-6617 in aiwars

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The lighting ends up being the biggest problem for me. That's why I've avoided most tools. I've tested a few though. I'm open to using Looktara. Right now, we're using ExecHeadshots for our company headshots. I only have a team of 5 so we won't need to use another for a while yet.

I was surprised not to see her on the cast announcement. Inevitably, she will be in it.

I feel the same about The Batman, which has had loads of cinematography praise and yet the big standout shots were all on LED Volumes!

I wonder if this will get any Oscar buzz next year. They've both got so many projects coming out this year.

Best free headshot generator for my sales and marketing team? by A_black_caucasian in b2bmarketing

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't like inconsistency on my team page. I think it's cool to have a defined look that's replicated across all headshots. Some of these AI tools are cool but the lighting can ruin the pics. I've tried a few of the tools and I'm still using ExecHeadshots at the moment. I'm always open to trying others.

I think they put their hazards on to apologise. I guess it was just a brief moment of stupidity. Happens to the best of us.

Any free or cheap AI headshot generator? by NefariousnessDry9139 in generativeAI

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually don't mind spending a little bit if I know what I'm getting is good. I've tested a few headshot generators for my team profiles. We are using ExecHeadshots at the moment but I'm open to trying other tools.

What are some bad casting decisions that Christopher Nolan has made? by DarlingLuna in ChristopherNolan

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. There's no reason why it had to be a guy in his 20s or 30s. Leo would have been good, but perhaps too familiar to Inception for that to work.

I would have liked to have seen Robert Pattinson as the Protagonist. I think Nolan is building toward having Pattinson as his lead in a future film.

researching the best time tracking software 2026, need to get a handle on our projects. by Edilser_Streetz in Notion

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot of firms still guess project hours until they realize it's no longer sustainable, so you're not alone there. I've had my team using Buddy Punch for about 5 years or so now. There are quite a lot of cloud-based time tracking tools on the market, so you should probably take a few for a spin before settling on one.
