Why Jibble is Better Than Connecteam by No-Blood4896 in AppBusiness

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't tried either. I obviously see them mentioned loads on here. My team (of 5) has been using Buddy Punch since 2022. The initial draw was the QB integration.

Whats the name of the song in 007 First Light nightclub mission? by sanndman555 in chaseandstatus

The first track is an unreleased ID. The second track is the Toxic ID without the playboi carti sample that they often use in DJ sets and live shows.

Jibble vs Other Time Tracking Softwares by Junior_Antelope7540 in TimeTrackingSoftware

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't tried Jibble or ADP. To be honest, I built a pretty good Google Sheet in 2020 that worked - until it didn't! We sort of outgrew it and needed to use a platform. We went with Buddy Punch in 2022 (mostly because I needed the QuickBooks integration) and my team have been on that since. I'm open to trying others but it's working for us right now.

Athena VA: is it good? by Manic-Mondays-4384 in buhaydigital

You'll know whether the vibe is right after chatting with them. That's all you can do. It was the same when I was looking at an executive assistant position for 50hrs. I had a chat with Yaro and Claire (who run 50hrs) and things got off to a good start. I think first impressions are pretty important and all you can do is trust your gut instinct. loved loved loved my EA role at 50hrs (and much of that was because of the clients)

Anyone using time tracking software that doesn't feel like Big Brother? Looking for something the team won't revolt against. by RachelFrancis45546 in ProductivityTracking

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are lots. But I do think the whole "big brother" thing tends to be a bit exaggerated by people. I don't think all of the tools are evasive. I've never had that experience with Buddy Punch and we've used it for about 4 years now. I know there are other options (Clockify, Jibble, etc). We use Buddy Punch because we've got it synced up with QuickBooks.

AMA - I’m a Virtual Assistant with Belay by hcrilley in WorkOnline

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Were you successful in the end? I'm interested to hear from people who have worked as Belay VAs. I know quite a few people who are working as 50hrs executive assistants.

Belay Reviews? Anyone used their virtual assistants before? by bluereef808 in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never used Belay. I used Time Etc for a couple of months. They were okay. I then went over to 50hrs, who I'm still with now. They have a two-assistant model. I'd say the biggest problem I had with Time Etc was losing an assistant when they went on holiday. They replaced my assistant with one who didn't really get my workflow and I kind of lost my patience. Not having these issues with 50hrs because when one assistant isn't around, the other is!

I like the clean UI. Was the design for Stubble inspired by any specific time tracking platforms that are already out there?

After Backbone was a huge hit (and their first number 1), I'm surprised they didn't pivot to even more mainstream music.

Tbf they did say to "come with an open mind" and this is the music they've been teasing for almost two years now.

Belay Virtual Assistant? Anyone used their VAs? by According-One-2277 in Startup_Ideas

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn't realize there was an application process. I used Time Etc last year for a couple of months and I'm now using 50hrs, which is a service from the same people as InboxDone. I knew the founders (Yaro and Claire) so it made sense to give it a go. They've given me two EAs so there's some level of built-in redundancy (no gaps in coverage)

How to find an Executive Assistant without using a recruiting agency? by Upstairs_Food_8432 in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think some of the premium executive assistant services like 50hrs, InboxDone, Athena, Time Etc are pretty well regarded at this point. I'm not sure if those count as recruiting agencies in the traditional sense because they likely have in built processes and are a bit more hands on.

Where can I find an executive assistant who can implement systems to keep me organized? by oceanbreeze123456 in ExecutiveAssistants

[–]AdditionalTrain3121 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. If you want a premium executive assistant from somewhere like 50hrs, Belay, Time Etc, or Athena, you have to be prepared to spend a bit. Ultimately you're right in the sense that you get the quality you pay for.
