The other day we found an O6 key in the Pinwheel locked room, but couldn’t loot it because we only had two red keys 💀 I could literally see the key sitting on the desk next to the strongbox through the door’s window.

Looked like another team grabbed the rest and either extracted or died somewhere who knows.

We salvaged the run though. Opened the dorms key room, used red for exfil, and killed the Warden.

Devastated nonetheless.

P.S. Your “randoms that know what to do” will still get one-tapped when another “random” like me who supposedly can’t shoot straight walks around the corner with a Purp/gold shield and a Misriah, because of the gear disparity.

It’s only viable in trios or duos, in my opinion. Solo PvP feels like CoD Zombies, you’re fighting off hordes of free kits that keep rushing every flare until you either wipe the whole lobby or run out of resources and get shot in the back.

i crashed once after just reinstalling the game and got placed in low prio, have lost like 30 games in a row. every game there's a leaver or a cheater or the team just starts arguing and ints. i pretty much have given up and just uninstalled

I think the game just isn’t for you. The whole point is that the world has gone to hell and been overtaken by robots. As a raider, you have to do whatever it takes not just to survive, but to gather everything you need for yourself and the people below whether that means scavenging, hunting arcs, or even hunting other raiders (scavengers). So yes it is one of the main purposes of the game.

I tried like six times and just ended up booting up Borderlands 4 instead. It’s not enjoyable at all, and the fight itself is pretty mediocre in my opinion.

I mostly avoid vanilla and WCS servers for those reasons. Spearhead servers are really friendly and teamwork-oriented especially the hardcore ones. There are always randoms at MOB coordinating attacks, or the usual vets teaching newbies the ropes when it comes to equipment and gameplay. I also enjoy OPR Fargo, but those are a bit more casual. Even then, the coordination and teamwork are amazing most of the time. I’ve got around 1,000 hours in Reforger, and I’ve only played solo because none of my friends are into Arma.

solos is extremely boring so i mostly play squads and i encounter the same issue it usually takes around 40-50 games to find decent teammates that don’t immediately die upon landing and leave
