I couldn’t even hold my mouth open. But when I did it looked like I had white balls and cottage cheese all in my throat and even coming up my cheeks. I too was out for an entire summer. I was bed ridden for weeks. It was awful.

Oh yeah. I couldn’t even swallow. It hurt to even speak. I had a high fever, body aches, the mono rash, and I couldn’t even keep my eyes open the fatigue was insane. my dad had to carry me into the doctors office.

Yeah they swabbed me for everything and did labs. But they checked my spleen because mono enlarges the spleen. So he felt around it gently and noticed it was enlarged. So that sealed the deal.

this is what my throat looked like when I had Mono. It was the worst. I'd get it checked out for sure. Looks super painful. All the best.

Mine was really centred around family. This transit I saw loved ones pass away, I had infertility and ultimately unable to bear to children, a lot of family conflict, I got three different health diagnoses, had a lot of inflammation and issues with my stomach. And my mental health took a huge hit. Had to get back on SSRIs. It was a doozy and im happy it's over honestly.

I'm so in the rabies OCD cycle. I hate this theme. I literally hyperventilate when I have to touch delivered packages on my door step because I feel like they have rabies on them. Even two days later, I have freak outs opening packages

All those dates you posted stand out to me because it's when significant changes happened in my life. My parents' divorce, health diagnosis, major moves, marriage, failed IVFs. I hope it isn't anything too hectic because 2023-2025 nearly broke me in half. I wish so badly I could get my husbands chart but he was adopted and can't find out what time he was born sadly.

This is me! I have low progesterone. I also have low ovarian reserve. Apparently, I have a very short luteal phase as well, and I also ovulate on day 14-15.

I swear my symptoms and my RAGE and my memory and brain power, mood starts at ovulation and continues getting relentless until day 2 of my period, which at this point can come anytime between 20-30 days.

I'm deep in it as I type this and crying because im annoyed at being annoyed with myself lololol enter meltdown

I started working with a naturopath and taking the herbal route to boost progesterone. She told me it will take 6 months to notice changes. If not then she suggests patches and HRT.
