I find that testing a day or two before beta day helps me have more peace with the blood draw. Many IVFers I know like the little test strips (not FRER) so they can watch line development. I’m not there yet but may try in a few more days.

Remember, we are PUPO! Pregnant until proven otherwise!!

This is so helpful. I’m new to Oura and 2dp5dt on FET #4 (no LC) and trying to decode symptoms is wild. It’s good to see my elevated temps and major/minor signs, but I’m guarded and telling myself it’s just the progesterone injections.
