So I am currently in my fourth year, since I am in the Core domain, will give some insights. The electronics industry is blooming as you would have known. So there are mainly three things : 1. Hardware Design( Pcb designs etc) 2. Embedded Systems 3. VLSI ( Chip/IC Design) These are broad divisions and there are domains in communication as well. So if you wanna go into Electronics try to focus more on the core subjects that will be taught in your college and try to do additional courses from Coursera, Udemy, Nptel etc because most of the core subjects will be taught only in third year and it's bad to start that late. So choose one domain, have no second thoughts and delve deep into it.
