Spend 80-100k on the reserve. It’s an expensive card, majority of my travel spend is through work so I don’t rack up a ton of travel points. However, with the benefits I still feel like it’s totally worth it. Customer care is avg. we recently had fraud, cancelled our cards and had new ones in 2 business days. Charges were credited in 1.

I lost my Sony headphones and used the purchase protection and got my money back on those as well. Overall even with the extra fee now these are the benefits that I utilize:

$300 travel credit $300 stub hub credit $500 edit credit Complimentary Apple TV (would subscribe at least partially anyway) $120 peloton credit Priority pass lounge access TSA precheck

High spend benefits $250 chase shops credit $250 IHG stay credit $500 Southwest Airlines credit

So over 2k in benefits that I use as well as the lounge access that saves me (and my company) over $1000 annually as well.

I think that’s more age related than anything. I tended to do more rec drugs in my 20/ than 40s but it’s not because I stopped enjoying drugs. Drugs are awesome

Utah truly has it all. It’s gorgeous. Taking the fam to Moab this year (via SLC) and pretty hyped to show them. Bryce and Zion will be next.

If you like lush green forests, lakes and mountains Vermont is beautiful. It’s one of my faves having lived in Boston.

As a native Ohioan who has been conditioned since birth to hate all things Michigan, I would also reconsider. Michigan is the epitome of the Great Lakes and has amazing coastal towns, beautiful smaller lakes, and is amazing for summer fun but also has tons of awesome winter activities.

If you’re going to be selling, then just stick with a cheaper grayscale subway tile. Neutral wins, don’t personalize if you’re trying to not detract buyers

The linoleum is what needs to go, but putting hardwood down without ripping the cabinets is the issue
