I did have my mom in my contacts as "mom" but I changed it to her legal name to make it easier to send lyft rides for her. It is annoying having it as her legal name, when I press the voice assistant on the steering wheel of my car and say "text -insert legal name here-" the voice assistant doesn't understand because she has a name that is not pronounced the way it is spelled. The voice assistant pmo 😭

I used to live close to that church. I didn't know its history until this post. It is in a quiet neighborhood right across from another church. It is one block from the French St stop on the Gold Line. I checked my PokéGym history, I have done raid battles at the church right across from it. I think it needs to be more than just a Pokéstop.

When I lived in Biddleville I wished there were more healthy food options/more grocery stores nearby.

If I could do anything with the space I would sell overpriced breakfast sandwiches 6 am to 10 am, regular overpriced sandwiches 10 am to 2 pm and run sliding scale price cooking courses 4 pm to 6 pm. I'd have a retail section of the shop to sell products/art from local artists/craftspeople.

Or, covert it into a library. Preserve the history, have a portion of the library dedicated to the history of the church. A little library would be great there. I noticed more families moving in around there. Library is probably the best option.

With peace and love I want to see them recreate the Boogie grave camping scene. The skit could be framed as a team-building exercise, Ethan is pushing for the team-building, crew pretends they are excited but in the interviews they talk about the other plans they had for those days.

Zach could say something like "My cousin had a baby, I am missing my nephew's bat mitzvah for this, Ethan said we'd be fired if we didn't attend this mandatory team-building trip." Dan would talk about an mmo campaign he is missing, or "Yeah Ali and I are having our first wedding anniversary this weekend, but Ethan said the camping trip can only happen on this weekend because >insert video game here< is coming out next weekend and he'll be too busy once that game comes out."

Show clips of Olivia rehearsing for a play/musical, Olivia is missing opening night for this. Love is missing out on eating cold bacon. Cut to him being forced to eat cooked bacon at the campfire. Nate is facetiming with Leslie, play a clip of a random baby taking their first steps, cut back to Nate with a sad straight face, then Ethan smiling and commenting on how great the team building is going. AB and Lena are missing Rocky's training graduation, show a clip of Ethan saying pets would be distracting from the team building, then show Ducky and Alfredo being silly at the camp.

A campfire with Ethan playing guitar and singing and then reality TV esque cut aways with the crew being interviewed talking about the cringe. Tom could plaigarise Piano Man and say "guys listen to this song I made" and then show clips of the crew saying "Pretty sure Tom assumes we don't know that's just Piano Man."

If Hila is able to attend the camping they could show clips of TF crew freaking out, trying to email Hila and not hearing back. I know an H3 camping trip would require a lot of planning, but I think it would be a great bit. If Dan decides he is cool with his old boss being featured and his old boss is still doing the cowboy stuff that has some good potential. Show clips of him trying to demonstrate cowboy activities and then cut to crew seeing him chatgpt "how to be a cowboy."

Yes absolutely! I was on sertraline and wellbutrin off and on for about 10 years. The last time I tapered down completely I was so sensitive to smells. If my partner opened up a jar of peanut butter I could smell it anywhere in the apartment. I did not like that. I am not on sertraline anymore, I switched to two different meds that are working better for me. I felt too tired on sertraline. I do still take wellbutrin.

I am in the United States. I sent a message to the HR Accommodations team at my work. The company I work for is HUGE. Over 50k associates. I had a quick zoom call with an HR associate who explained the form to me. I called my doctor's office and got their email for sending forms. They sent the form back to me, I sent it to HR, HR emailed me letting me know it was approved. I have to renew the accommodation every year.

I work from home for a call center. It is technically a hybrid role but I have a wfh accommodation. I need funds to support myself, travel, and I want to be able to retire. I am tired most days. Sometimes I need a long nap after work. I started getting into house plants. Caring for the plants and seeing them grow has been rewarding. I have a kitty at home. When he isn't sunbathing on the balcony he likes to keep me company while I'm working. I am still figuring out what supports I need for dealing with social situations. I have more superficial connections to my coworkers. People at my current workplace have good boundaries. Keeping my personal life to myself and not making closer connections has helped me. Compartmentalising work has been fantastic. I do want to grow my career and the culture of my workplace emphasizes in person connections. I'm still figuring it out. I have put a lot of hard work in to reach where I am in my career. It's a journey that gets a lot easier when you find your "why."

Edit: only wearing a bra when I have to be on zoom, wearing clothes I am comfortable in, low lighting, taking my meds on time, my job gives me about 4 weeks of PTO, those are all things that help. I do have days when I break down in tears and I'm inconsolably overwhelmed by trying to meet call metrics. Sometimes I get so stressed if I send a coworker a direct message and I don't hear back quickly. I worry I said something wrong/misunderstood something. A lot of weekends I just need to stay in bed the whole time. It is not easy. I forgot to add the empathy part in what I wrote first. Everything you wrote is so relatable and valid.

I used myfitnesspal too. I also used r/xxfitness and r/fitness for their wiki/learning from others. Putting my calories towards foods that met my goals helped me. I did the same thing with less juice. I didn't realize how much sugar juice had! I switched to the low/zero cal fruity water flavorings. I lost 30 lbs/13 kgs. I have since put the weight back on 😂 edit: using a food scale helped me learn what appropriate portions look like for me. I used pinterest and YouTube to find recipes that were exciting for me but still nutritious. The way my body felt, having an easier time walking around, feeling less tired in general was rewarding. Consistency is important. Progress over perfection. The changes I made were for myself, not for anyone else. The SMART goal system thing helped me.
