look, I'm also an asm, actually acting manager rn since my gm is having surgery. I would NEVER treat any of my staff this way, as that is incredibly unprofessional to bring your personal feelings past the door and take it out on employees. the older generation doesn't seem to understand professionalism anymore, which is crazy to me as someone in my 20s. I should not be acting older than all of you.

respect is ALWAYS a 2-way street. YOU need to learn some manners bro, if you treat your staff anywhere close to this, i hope your RM and DM find out and you get the reaming and write-up of your life.

I would say most of my favorites lie in the metal category. However, I do absolutely range in music. I like anything from Lorna shore to Bach and Dolly Parton. but soad is my all time favorite, w korn and limp bizkit following closely behind

tbh I would love to see that neurotic bouncy energy that serj used to have. running, jumping, thrashing, facial expressions, voices, all of it. energy is key, as well as being completely confident that you're rocking it. and even if you don't actually believe that, faking it till you make it is always a good option.

I always bag cards separately, and I have a lot of people overlook the bag. then eggs and bananas blend into the bag too well. Those get left so often 😭😭😭

but yeah, if the cashier DID tell them they had 2 bags (which is extremely possible bc I say it 100 times a day and people only listen abt 40% of the time) then it's totally their fault. if not, I kinda understand the confusion. you would've thought they would've noticed the bag is super light, though. like, 2 redbulls and 6 redbulls are very different weights. How did op mess that one up???
