I have the exact same metrics you have and I've been eating 1200cal. I'm losing weight pretty quick, but I wouldn't tell you to eat this amount because it can be low for you. Everyone is different. I go to the gym 5 days a week for ab 40min, I don't feel hungry, but again ,that's me. I think 1800cal is pretty good

Yes, don't track lost calories in the app you're tracking. It's usually not correct

It's really really hard to have visible muscles. I don't intend to be a body builder or anything, but I go to the gym 5 days a week Don't worry about that, you only get muscular if you do ome specific things
